We are pleased to announce our President, Rory Putnam, will be a presenter at this year's North Carolina EMS Expo in Greensboro, NC for 2018!
Rory has been accepted to present two courses, Treat 'Em RIght: Customer Service in EMS and What Are We Really? The Changing Paradigm of Small Town EMS ln October!
We are also pleased to announce, Rory has been selected to present at the Connecticut EMS Pro Expo in May!

We are pleased to announce we have contracted with Beauport Ambulance Service to complete their CAAS Accreditation!
4 years ago, we started our Educational Services contract with Beauport Ambulance Service! This year we will be working with them on educational special projects and their CAAS application.

Ebola and EMS Response: It's Gone Viral!

In 2014 we completed 3 classes on Ebola Response for EMS at Hamilton, MA FD and Beauport Ambulance! We can offer the same for you. We also developed a response protocol for them based on CDC recommendations. Contact us if you would like us to prepare a program like this for your service.

Rory Putnam presented at the CT EMS Expo this year, at Mohegan Sun May 27-30. His classes were on Saturday the 30th. We hope you had the chance to catch him at Cardiac Chameleons: EKG Changes in the Stroke Patientâ„¢ and Bubble Bubble, Toil and Trouble: Managing the Traumatic Airwayâ„¢. It was a fun time and we're already looking forward to next year!

Rory Putnam spent 4 1/2 years with the department as Deputy Chief of EMS and Personnel, improving call response times and coverage, decreasing mutual aid use, increasing billing revenues and adding per-diem paramedic coverage for a town of 11,000 people covering 32 sq miles.
